A part of my sketch-study FRUIT series of objects. A mixed-media painting that explores figurative compositions and illustration styles compared to my typical abstract expression. I’m painting these in series with no big rules except to not be too precious or precise. It’s a warming-up of my ideas, a loosening of my brain, and a moment of self-care.
